Warranty Treaty:
We provide one year warranty (from the date of delivery) for Eway electrical vehicles. In case of malfunction caused by the cart’s natural factor, after verified by E-way after-sales service center, we will provide free repair and parts replacement.
Service commitment:
1. All electrical carts enjoy 12 months normal operating warranty period from the date of delivery.
2. If malfunction caused by improper operation or other manmade reasons, after receiving service notice, we will help customer to provide maintenance service (within Guangdong province) in12 hours, (outside Guangdong province) in 24 hours.
